Spaghetti Regine Ragu

Pork Rib Ragu, with these huge hollow spaghetti tubes. Never seen them before, I found them in a small italian market in Somerville. The ragu was extremely flavorfull while the pasta was a bit clumsy. In the end it was damn tasty as you can see.

I was hungry last night and attempted to make pita bread. It wasn’t quite as good as store bought. Well it definatley wasn’t as good as store bought. The finished product was hollow somehow though. This one pictured is a special V-Day Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce pita.
