I think Motorino is slowly turning into my favorite pizza shop.

The table next to me left a pile of crust. I instantly compared that to throwing away artisan baked bread because their dough is so damn good. The thought of grabbing them crossed my mind for a split second after they left, but I was afraid I’d catch the swine flu.

I found my first pizza truck!

I went for a walk after school yesterday and conveniently found the Vinny Vincenz pizza truck parked in my path. Two pizza ovens in the back, a wise-ass pizza slinger, $2.50 sicilian slices, great crust, tangy sauce and steps from the Union Square Greenmarket and 14th St L.

Tonight was a night filled with lots of reading regarding purchasing & culinary conversions. Slightly Tired from a long day I decided it would be best to go out to the local coffee shop to do my evenings readings.
